If you’re looking for a hot tub specialist in Solihull and the surrounding areas, I’m Stacey from Hot Tub and Spa - Solihull. We’re an independent, family-run business and we’ve been helping customers create relaxing outdoor living spaces since 2016. Most of our work is residential, but we also support commercial projects where reliability, planning and aftercare really matter.

We supply and install a wide range of wet leisure and outdoor living products, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools, plus pergolas and outdoor kitchen/building options. We also supply the chemicals, accessories and covers you need to keep everything running smoothly.
We’re proud to be a Sundance Spas specialist, with a selection of models on display in our showroom (including Chelsee, Bristol, Optima, Peyton and Altamar). Seeing a hot tub in person makes a huge difference — you can compare seating, jet layouts, build quality and features properly, and it’s often the easiest way to feel confident in your decision.
Aftercare is a big part of what we do. Alongside one-off services like Clean & Refresh and Deep Cleans, we offer maintenance packages for customers who want regular visits and a simple, predictable way to keep their water and equipment in great shape. Our technicians are CHTT certified and receive ongoing supplier training, and we’re always happy to help with troubleshooting by phone or message.
We’re based in Solihull and typically cover a 20-mile radius of B90 4EU, with options to travel further for the right project.
